Description

• The Smoke Factory Scotty II is a small handy fog machine, equipped with a 12 V lead gel battery for 400 watts of fog power.
• With the help of the battery and the very small evaporator it is possible for the Scotty II to start the fogging process without any fogging time.
• The Scotty II can be carried in one hand and released with one finger directly on the handle. So the fog can easily be generated from the wrist and dispensed in the desired direction.
• The small 250 ml tank with the special Scotty II Fog is directly attached to the device and delivers fluid for ~25 min fog on full load.
• The battery lasts for ~10 min continuous fog or 150 fog shocks of 5 seconds each. With only 2 screws, which can be loosened without tools, the battery can be exchanged within seconds.
• The analog 0-10 V input allows the connection of cable or radio remote controls, or e.g. our DMXit! (DMX converter) or Time W.A.R.P. (timer control)
• The permanent temperature control on the microprocessors ensures that the evaporation temperature is always correct. This ensures that no harmful substances are produced by too hot evaporation or that the device “spits” unevaporated fluid.
• Like all Smoke Factory devices, the Scotty II has a quick-release system that allows the canister to be changed within seconds.

Smoke Factory Remote Control for Scotty II Fog Machine

• With the Smoke Factory remote control V5 all devices from our company can be controlled.
• The radio remote control is a UHF radio system consisting of a radio switch / hand transmitter and a receiver.
• The fogging process can be started by pressing and holding the pre-programmed button 1 on the remote control. Only a short press of the key has no function. Releasing the button stops the fogging process.
• Important: The pump value set on the machine is output.
• The radio system operates on the two frequencies 433.62 MHz (frequency 1) or 434.22 MHz (frequency 2). Setting a jumper sets the operating frequency. At delivery, frequency 1 is preselected as the operating frequency.
• The radio switch can control a maximum of 4 channels. These four channels can be individual receivers or receiver groups. Each channel can control an unlimited number of receivers.
• As delivered, button 1 of the radio switch is coupled to the receiver. The wireless switch can therefore be used immediately without any further configuration.
• The radio remote control is designed for long ranges, approx. 100 m under optimal conditions. The radio switch penetrates walls and even reinforced concrete. For maximum range, visual contact between radio switch and receiver is absolutely essential.
